I create paintings for those standing at a crossroads, ready for a new chapter.
Art has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a family of artists and was encouraged from an early age to create, explore, and trust the language of images. Painting and making were never separate from life—they were a natural way of understanding it.
At the same time, like many people, I also absorbed voices that told me I was not enough. Those experiences led me away from visual art in early adulthood, and for many years I set that part of myself aside.
Creativity, however, has a way of waiting for us.
I built a professional career in dance and performance, working through movement, presence, and expression. Those years taught me that the body carries memory, emotion, resilience, and truth. They also taught me that art can transform both the maker and the witness.
As I approached my forties, I realized I had been holding back from the thing I loved most. I returned to visual art with new courage, deeper life experience, and a strong sense that it is never too late to begin again.
Since then, my work has been exhibited and collected internationally.
I create abstract paintings because some experiences cannot be explained through words. Crossroads, grief, renewal, longing, joy, change, freedom—these states often live beyond language. Through color, gesture, texture, and movement, I try to give form to what is felt but not always spoken.
The choice to release the past. The decision to trust life again. The beauty of uncertainty. The strength of starting over.
I hope my paintings become a presence that continues to reveal itself over time.
